Profile

Jorge Muñoz is lawyer in the Murcia Office of AD&LAW. He started his career at the law firm Hernández-Mora. He joined AD&LAW as Partner in September 2009. He developed his professional career advising companies and particulars in the field of Private law, in its various branches and specialties, contentious and non-contentious, representing his Clients in all kinds of processes and courts. He participates in arbitrage processes as well as in bankruptcy processes. He takes part actively in the negotiation, the drafting and the execution of complex agreements. He is particularly specialized in the Civil and Corporate jurisdictions.
