Our department of Civil law counts on broad experience and on a team of lawyers specialized in litigious matter that participates in the defence of the interest of our Clients in all types of civil procedures in the Courts of Justice, as well as in the Courts of Arbitrage, from the beginning of the procedure until its conclusion, including not only assistance during the processes, but also the accomplishment and defence of precautionary measures, as well as the potential mandatory execution of judiciary resolutions.

We also advise our clients in order to avoid and/or to solve conflicts, assisting them in the necessary negotiations, as well as in the adoption of transactional agreements.
